An Analysis and Strategic Study of Quality Management in Chinese Manufacturing Industry

Based on the surveys and investigation of 62 manufacturing companies in China, the paper analyzes the current status of quality management in Chinese manufacturing industry and probes the problems and their root causes. It presents strategies for improving quality management for Chinese manufacturing industry.
